Max’s Electric Bikes

Posted

Mother Nature is finally giving us a hint of spring. As the days grow longer and warmer, it’s only a matter of time before we’re all back outside riding.

Max’s has an exciting lineup of outdoor activities planned this season, including Shadfest 2026 on April 25 and 26 in Lambertville, along with weekly group rides on Thursday evenings and Sundays.

Shadfest is a family-friendly festival celebrating local artists, musicians, and the region’s traditional shad harvest. It’s a great way to enjoy the community and kick off the riding season. Stop by Max's tent to say hi.

Our Thursday evening group rides will begin and end at the shop, departing at 6:30 pm. Each ride will offer something different—whether it’s a relaxed bike path cruise, a neighborhood romp, or maybe even a casual pub crawl around Doylestown.

Sunday morning rides will rotate starting locations to keep things fresh and interesting. We’re also planning longer routes for those looking for more of a challenge, with potential destinations like the D&R Canal Trail, the Schuylkill River Trail, and Valley Forge National Historical Park. The goal is simple: create fun, memorable riding experiences for everyone. Stop by the shop to check the full schedule and sign up.

In addition to events, we’re excited to showcase the latest bike models from our favorite brands. Aventon has introduced new options, including the updated Ramblas ADV and the full-suspension Current ADV and EXP in carbon fiber, generating buzz in the eMTB community. Velotric is also expanding its lineup with the Discover 3, Discover M mid-drive, Summit 2, lightweight Tempo, and the versatile Gomad utility bike.

To round things out, we continue to expand our accessory selection, focusing on high-quality, performance-for-value products to make your choices easier and more enjoyable.
