The Lingual Q-Tube Technique offers an alternative solution to traditional braces.
Did you wear braces in the past but are discouraged that your teeth have moved over the years? Are you looking for straighter teeth but don’t like the idea of metal braces or having to manage retainers or clear aligners? The Lingual Q-Tube Technique could be the answer!
Small modified micro tubes are bonded directly to the back surfaces of misaligned teeth as an alternative to traditional braces or clear removable aligners. A series of flexible wires, placed through the tubes, help guide teeth into their proper alignment.
Just like braces and clear aligners, these wires use gradual force to control tooth movement. Since they are placed behind the teeth, they are virtually invisible.
The best way to find out which treatment is the right option for your specific needs is to schedule a consultation with Dr. Covino.
